用法

水合片可在訓練前、訓練或訓練後服用。

建議用法：依個人需要，將1片藥片溶解於500毫升或750毫升水中。每日最多服用3片。

材料：酸度調節劑（檸檬酸）、填充劑（山梨糖醇）、碳酸氫鈉、酸度調節劑（蘋果酸）、碳酸鎂、檸檬酸鈉、檸檬酸鉀、穩定劑（聚乙二醇）、麥芽糊精、天然青檸香精及其他天然香料、L-抗壞血酸（維生素C）、碳酸鈣、甜味劑（三氯）。

Usage

You can use the Hydro Tabs before, during or after training.

Recommended use: Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml or 750ml of water, according to personal needs. Use a maximum of 3 tablets per day.

Ingredients: acidity regulator (citric acid), bulking agent (sorbitol), sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator (malic acid), magnesium carbonate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, stabiliser (polyethylene glycol), maltodextrin, natural lime flavouring with other natural flavourings, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium carbonate, sweetener (sucralose).
