Free shipping on orders over $300 within Hong Kong, extra shipping charges may apply for overweight and bulky items.

Exchange terms
From the moment the customer receives the goods (subject to the date of receipt), we will provide you with the service of "replacement within 7 days".

If we are notified within 7 days, or the goods have been cut off, lost packaging or damaged, we will not be able to process them.

When returning, please be sure to bring/send the invoice and the product together, otherwise we will not be able to exchange the product for you.

We cannot assist with an exchange if:

  • used and worn
  • Improper use of the product, including but not limited to contact with special moisture, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, excessive heating of solvents, etc.
  • The product is off-line or cracked due to external hard objects scratches or internal wear and other reasons
  • Eyewear and food categories
  • Products not sold in this online store
  • Clipped tag and no original packaging

Exchange process
If your order meets the replacement criteria, you can follow the steps below:

  • Contact info@nafab.cc / (852) 56423968 to arrange a replacement, please attach the order information and the size you want to replace;
  • Please choose the courier company to pick up the package and send it back to our company's address. If the product is lost during the exchange, NAFAB will not be responsible;
    *All shipping costs need to be arranged and borne by customers themselves;
  • After we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them, and arrange delivery/self-pickup as soon as possible after confirming that they are correct;
  • If it is confirmed that the goods have been damaged artificially after inspection, we will return the goods in the form of payment on delivery/self-pickup (please read the reasons why the goods cannot be exchanged);

The company reserves the right to make the final decision on product replacement.
